The valve compensates for the load-sensitive control system, consisting of an electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve, electro-proportional steering multi-way valve, platform control valve, display, and multiple independent controllers.
It provides an electro-hydraulic proportional valve with pressure compensation and load sensitivity for the multi-way valve, with a flow range of 10~100L/min. It features unique patented technology for pressure differential control, ensuring precise flow distribution regardless of pump pressure differences or pipeline conditions. It has excellent resistance to flow saturation, enabling accurate and efficient compound actions. Equipped with valve displacement sensing, it has low hysteresis and rapid response.
It realizes actions such as vehicle driving and steering, boom amplitude extension/retraction, platform rotation, and automatic leveling. It offers stepless speed control, smooth start/stop, rapid response, stable movements, and good micro-movement performance.
Flow distribution is based on demand, promoting energy efficiency with approximately 30% energy savings.
It comes with a human-machine interface that includes functions such as overall vehicle status display, fault record inquiry and diagnosis, port querying, and parameter settings.
Independent controllers are used for the turntable, chassis, and platform, communicating with each other via a CAM bus. They also control the electronic engine, ensuring high reliability. The controllers feature various communication interfaces such as CAN, RS232/485, LIN, providing versatile connectivity options.
