1、The SA4VTG series axial piston pump, driven by the engine, converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and transmits it to the SA2FM fixed displacement motor. The motor then drives the reducer, which in turn drives the mixing device to mix the concrete.
2、During the operation and waiting for unloading process of the concrete mixing and transportation vehicle, the drum needs to rotate at a low speed to avoid segregation or solidification of the concrete. During transportation, the drum rotates in the forward direction, and during unloading, the drum rotates in the reverse direction. The speed and direction of the drum are controlled by the control lever of the variable pump, which adjusts the pump's speed, displacement, and the position of the high-pressure oil outlet.
