The complete load-sensitive electro-hydraulic proportional system for tractors, ranging from 70 to 220 horsepower, consists of a variable displacement piston pump, load-sensitive electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve, steering unit, electronic control handle, high-precision sensors, power shift, and controller.
Three variable displacement pumps are available with displacements of 45/63/85 ml/r. By utilizing flow control valves and pressure control valves, the variable pump can achieve load-sensing control, resulting in high energy efficiency.
The system offers an electric proportional control valve with pre-pressure compensation and load sensing. It has a maximum flow rate of 120 L/min. The valve adopts a motor-driven main spool, a pioneering design in the domestic market, eliminating hysteresis and the influence of hydraulic forces, ensuring precise control of the spool displacement. The compensator includes a check valve function to effectively prevent the "nodding" issue caused by load fluctuations. The oil port integrates a mechanical lock to control the flow rate of the control cylinder for plow implements. It can be configured as a single-port or dual-port with a mechanical lock. The valve provides lifting, lowering, and floating positions, with optional high-pressure and non-high-pressure electronic control switching to meet various soil requirements.
Pressure, angle, and position sensors are integrated into the system, along with fuzzy control algorithms for comprehensive control of resistance, displacement, and slip ratio.
