The Summary and Commendation Conference of SUNBUN Group Limited for the year 2022 was held in the company's conference hall on February 21. The date coincided with the second day of the lunar calendar, known as the Dragon head-Raising Day, symbolizing the arrival of spring and new opportunities for development after the challenges of the pandemic. Chairman Jiang Wei, General Manager Jiang Hong, as well as the company's middle and senior management personnel, representatives of outstanding teams and individuals, attended the conference.
In his keynote speech titled "同心奮進，勇攀新峰" (Together We Advance, Scaling New Heights), Chairman Jiang Wei emphasized that 2022 was a year of deepening SUNBUN's culture, strengthening group operation, and unified management. Through the establishment of a group management framework, unified thinking, mutual learning, enhancing the overall quality of the staff, and improving top-level design and organizational layout, the preliminary form of vertical and horizontal management was achieved. SUNBUN adhered to the concept of "creating value for customers" and made remarkable achievements through hard work.
Chairman Jiang Wei outlined the directions for 2023, which include further strengthening the company's culture and unity, building a learning organization and innovative structure, deepening unified thinking, action, and culture, and aligning thoughts and actions with the company's operational decisions. He emphasized the importance of the four-in-one system layout and the adherence to the "one core, five continuities" principle to achieve high-quality development.
General Manager Jiang Hong delivered a work report titled "Innovation and Striving for the Future". He highlighted that despite the complex and challenging industry environment and fluctuating pandemic situation in 2022, the company remained united and devoted to high-quality development. They focused on improving management capabilities, establishing an efficient and advanced manufacturing system, deepening talent development, and strengthening quality control, resulting in significant breakthroughs and injecting new vitality into the innovative system.
General Manager Jiang Hong emphasized that in 2023, with new situations, goals, and tasks, the company should focus on the three basic elements of "mainline, main theme, and main melody" and strive to improve the awareness of being "fast, tight, practical, and consistent." He encouraged everyone to continue demonstrating the valuable spirit of hard work, scale new heights, and consolidate new advantages, aiming for breakthroughs and advancing courageously towards leapfrog development and higher goals.
During the conference, outstanding employees of 2022, outstanding "Four-Duty" employees, trustworthy employees, "Three-Five-Eight" honorary employees, and advanced teams and individuals who received awards for "Innovation and Efficiency Improvement," "Quality Enhancement," and "Invention Patents" were commended.
The conference concluded successfully with everyone singing the inspiring song "Sing the Motherland."
